Artie Burns' rookie training camp has been one he'd rather forget.The Steelers' first-round cornerback injured his quad and was forced to miss the first three preseason games, taking away as any chance of earning a starting job.Burns finally will make his Steelers debut Thursday night in the final preseason game against Carolina.

Steelers notebook: Cam Heyward says chop blocks are alive and well despite rules change
Steelers defensive end Cam Heyward didn't have a problem with the cut block that resulted in his high ankle sprain Friday night in New Orleans.But Heyward did have a problem with a few other low blocks in the game that did not draw flags from officials.The NFL put in a new rule this season that makes it illegal for offensive linemen to use low blocks when double-teaming defensive linemen, with one going high and another going low to cut him down.
