The NFL has fined Pittsburgh Steelers receiver Antonio Brown $24,309 for his touchdown celebration dance during Sunday's victory over the Kansas City Chiefs, reports ESPN's Adam Schefter.Brown was also fined $12,154 for twerking during a Week 1 victory over Washington Redskins.That fine was for a first offense for violating the sportsmanship rule, defined as "excessive profanity; other unsportsmanlike conduct."
