PhotoPITTSBURGH — Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger had arthroscopic surgery to repair a meniscus in his left knee Monday.Coach Mike Tomlin said he was confident Roethlisberger would make a full recovery, but the timetable for Roethlisberger's return was uncertain.Roethlisberger injured the knee on Sunday while scrambling in the second quarter of a 30-15 loss to the Miami Dolphins.
